Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

At Dermabay, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Each product is crafted and packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return a product. Please read our updated policy carefully before initiating a request.

Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel a prepaid order before it has been shipped. Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose to decline the delivery.
  • Please note: COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only for unopened and unused products under the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original packaging, with the seal, labels, and protective films intact.
  • The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product has not been tampered with, opened, or used in any way.
Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, returns will not be accepted for:

  1. Opened or used products
  2. Partially used or damaged items due to improper handling post-delivery
  3. Discounted, promotional, or free products
  4. Products with tampered packaging or missing components
How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at 📧 info.dermabay@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video proof showing the product in its original, unopened state.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and share next steps.
  4. In most locations, we’ll arrange a pickup. If pickup isn’t available, we’ll guide you to ship the product to our nearest center.

Refund Process
  • Once the returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment only.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Important Notes

  • Video proof of unboxing is mandatory for all return and refund requests.
  • Products returned without prior authorization or beyond the 2-day window will not be accepted.
  • If the product was purchased under a combo offer, the entire combo must be returned unopened.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
